Our student of the month for December is Carra Singleton. She is one of our tough Lil' Samurai girls and is a pleasure to have in class. Carra was chosen to represent Oceanside Jiu Jitsu as December's star student based on her attendance, ability to stay on task, and her excellent form during our push ups and squats. Carra is one of our newer students and she is quickly learning, keep up the good work Carra!
Darien Danque has been selected as the Student of the Month for October! Darien has been improving his hip escapes and staying enthusiastic during warm-ups. Darien is an excellent partner and stays on task. His favorite part of class is the takedowns!
Darien, thank you for being a great student; keep up the great work.

Oceanside Jiu Jitsu is proud to present Jack Berry as September's student of month. Jack has worked hard this year, and was recently promoted to the rank of Grey Belt. Jack is a dedicated student who always displays good sportsmanship. Keep up the effort Jack, and congratulations on your recent achievements.
Today was promotion day for our Lil' Samurai! We handed out our first gray belts! Our program is in it's first year and we are all very exited about the children's progress!
Our student of the month for August is Christian Pereznegron. Christian comes to class prepared to listen and learn his techniques. Christian may be a quiet Lil’ Samurai but he means business when it’s time to train. Christian is one of our newer students and he is tough to control on the ground. The mount escape is Christian's specialty!
Great work, Christian! See you on the mats.

Student of the Month for July is, none other than, Carson Howard! Carson is a great listener, he always follows directions and his unbridled enthusiasm make him the obvious choice for this great honor which has been bestowed upon him. Carson is a two stripe white belt who's best position is "100 Kilos".
Good Job, Carson! Keep up the good work!

Zack & Hunter Crane
Today two of our Lil' Samurai received stripes on their belts! Zack and Hunter Crane are their names and Jiu Jitsu is their game! The Crane Brothers are two tough little dudes! They are always respectful of others and always do their best. They are both great students!
Unfortunately, the Crane family is relocating to another state, but we wish them all the best in their lives and in their training!
